He won't- this is what he has said to me-

"What is your problem? Why are you posting this on my personal page? I have already explained how it is MULTIPLE times and I simply cannot spend my entire workday repeating myself to one single person.

Kindly refrain from this sort of uncouth behavior in the future."

- I had to post on his page for the same reason I had to post on yours. This is what I said in reply-

"All I want to do is find an answer to my question, which is why I posted to the help desk. I am posting on your page because for some reason, I am blocked by DA from commenting on the actual complaint page, and as you said on the help desk page, you won't answer me there. You may of explained multiple times but I have also said multiple times that I don't understand.

I am sorry you are frustrated with me and I am sorry that I am so dumb, it has upset me many times and I have cried over it many times and thats why I am a bit emotional about this, because it just reminds me of that fact. I am sorry I have taken up your time, but all I wanted was an answer, and my mental restrictions and DA restrictions means it has come to this.

I don't think being hurt and upset and wanting an answer is uncouth at all. And don't worry, I won't take up the rest of your work day...after all it is past midnight here, and I am tired as either you are or will be by the time you have finished your workday..."

- but I don't think he will listen to me, he is angry with me already, even though I only asked him to do something that he supposed to do anyway- answer my question and help me solve the issue. I just don't know what to do anymore I don't want to hassle him anymore in case I get banned or something, and I can't submit again, in case I am accused of flaming or incase he spots the post again...I don't even know how he did anyway...any ideas?
